Vida Health Diabetes Management

Personalized support and tools to help you monitor blood sugar, make healthy changes, and access treatment options, all at no cost to you. Participation in the Vida Health engagement program is required for GLP-1 medications to be covered. You can meet your Vida engagement requirement by first enrolling at Vida.com/Ensign or through the Vida app, then completing at least one activity each month — like logging a meal, reading a lesson, messaging their coach, or tracking a habit. You just need to complete any listed activity in the app or online to stay active in the program.

How to Access Active&Fit Direct:
To enroll in Active&Fit Direct, log in to Workday and select the Benefits & Pay section. From there, navigate to your benefits and locate the Active&Fit Direct link to view program details and complete your enrollment.
