Coverage You Can Keep

If your employment ends or you lose benefits eligibility, you may be able to continue certain benefits through COBRA.

  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Health Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
  • Limited Purpose Health Care FSA

Key Deadlines

  • You have 60 days from the date your COBRA packet is mailed to elect coverage.
  • Once you enroll and pay, coverage is reinstated back to your separation date—so you won’t have a gap in coverage.
  • If you do not elect COBRA within 60 days, you and your dependents will lose eligibility.

How to Enroll in COBRA Continuation Coverage

TRI-AD will mail COBRA information to the address we have on file for you in Workday when you experience a COBRA event.

  • Enroll in COBRA continuation coverage online at www.tri-ad.com.  
  • Call TRI-AD at 888-844-1372 to complete COBRA enrollment over the phone.
