About Your Total Rewards Statement
- Displays your pay for the past 12 months in one place, including Base Pay and Bonuses.
- Summarizes the investment made by your employer for your benefit programs for the past 12 months including Medical/Dental/Vision, Life and AD&D.
- Retirement, Equity Employer Investment and Social Security/Medicare.
- Highlights the current value of your 401k Retirement Plan and Equity awards.
- Calculates the value of your Annual Vacation Allowance.
Where Can I Find My Total Rewards Statement?
Your statement is available in Workday under the new Benefits and Pay Hub. From the Workday landing page (when you first log in), click on Benefits and Pay. Then you will click on View Total Rewards in the following section.
