What happens if I don’t enroll for my 2025 benefits during Open Enrollment?

If you do not actively enroll in your 2025 benefits during the Open Enrollment period (Oct. 28 - Nov. 8, 2024) , your 2024 benefit elections will roll over to 2025 except for the Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Accounts. You must enroll in these accounts each year.

Why don’t I see my 2025 Open Enrollment event in my Workday inbox?

Can I enroll my spouse now with no spousal surcharge?

You can enroll your spouse. However, if he/she is eligible for medical coverage through their employer (even if they are not enrolled), you will pay the $250 monthly surcharge. If your spouse is not eligible for employer provided medical coverage, you will not be charged the $250 monthly surcharge.
